The University of Texas Life Science library is one of UT's most hiddengems. Inside are the most beautiful examples of architecture and design that UT offers. The scenery alone can take you back to the year 1935, something many students have come to love and appreciate. The library is a perfect place to study, as it is not as popular as the PCL and therefore provides a quieter and more peaceful environment.
For this story I enjoyed capturing everything from the activity to the art on the ceiling. I discovered that every part of the Life Science library is filled with beautiful detail and as a whole has aged ever so nicely. As you look through these slides allow yourself to be taken back to the year 1935.
